Join us in a weekly online container where we will dive into the heart medicine that arises from shared bowls of tea. We begin with a brief moment of stillness and from there, a deepened presence for what is alive within the hearts & minds of all who are present. As the leaves unfurl and open, we welcome the spaciousness for our own unfolding within loving community. With special guests each month to share with us the medicine of their own being.

Presence

We will begin each gathering with a moment of silence, attuning first to the stillness (even amongst chaos) that is being offered through our own bowls of Tea.

Wisdom

From a place of curiosity, we ask 'what lives within my heart today?' and as we breathe, drink and share as the many within the one, we find our medicine and the gifts of wisdom.

Community

The world is changing and now more than ever it feels like one of the most important things we can do is gather within heart-centered community and tap into our most authentic ways of being and relating.
